Hello and welcome to the Commons of the West Meadow. We don't have kings here, but webmaster Wesley is probably the closest you'll get since he's the only one with the Neocities password. That's me! I'm a librarian in my spare time, or at least I will be again soon as I just quit my last job. In the meantime I have the Meadow to occupy myself.

• Likes: historically inaccurate medeival fantasy, divination, the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom's pretty good too, coffee and tea, zines, art including the ugly kinds (both experiencing and making it), 80s manga, journaling, rearranging things, trivia, puzzle and mystery games
• Dislikes: flexbox, direct sunlight, cooking, social media, copyright restrictions, manufactured scarcity
• Important Things: all cops are bastards, Black lives matter, capitalism is facism, free Palestine, fat is healthy and beautiful, accessibility is for everyone, defend trans rights, AI erodes the earth, immigration is a human right, unban books

I used to live in a far-off place in the foothills of the mountains, but now I live by the sea. It can get a lot more humid here and I haven't found a spell that works better for that than an air conditioner. Some days I wish I lived in the desert surrounded by red rocks with blue stripes and tall, pointy tree-cacti abound, but I think I mostly wish I could survive as a hermit, wherever the place. Fortunately/unfortunately, being human means being stuck with other people.
